Tulip Park

Sawgrass Lake

Home to Sawgrass Lakes and other upscale properties, Sawgrass is noticeably different than most communities in Port St. Lucie. This neighborhood has a great mix of gated communities and beautiful homes on oversized lots. Close to Whispering Pines Park, schools and shopping, Sawgrass is another great area to raise a family in Port St. Lucie.

Sawgrass is bordered by and buffered from the Florida Turnpike on the east and is surrounded with scenic views of water than most neighborhoods in Port St. Lucie. If you like quiet and beautiful Sawgrass is the place to be.

Becker Ridge

Generally a residential area, Becker Ridge is a quiet and safe neighborhood located just west of the Turnpike.

Tucked away from main boulevards, but still close to shopping and the turnpike. Becker Ridge is a suburban area that is family friendly.

Crane Landing

Crane Landing is a desirable location in the South Becker area with quick access to I-95 or the Turnpike. Becker Road boasts large sidewalks on both sides of the street which is great for a jog, stroll, or walking the dog.

Crane Landing borders Martin County In less than 3 miles you could ride your bike to the shops and restaurants. Minutes from Tradition Square for events in the park and more shopping and restaurants. Only a short drive to Stuart Beach.

Woodland Trails

Woodland Trails is an up and coming residential community that has churches, commercial areas in walking distance, and is home to a charter school and Woodland Trails Park.

Woodland Trails is now home to a second dog park in the City, the brand new 13-acre park was constructed using proceeds from recycling funds. In early November 2017, the park was officially named Woodland Trails Park, which is located at 1485 SW Calmar Avenue Port St Lucie, FL 34953. The park amenities include: a dog park, nature trails, natural buffer, open space play area, parking, pavilion with picnic tables, playground, restrooms and sidewalk connection to Becker Road.

Bordered by I-95 to the west and C-23 Canal to the south, residents of the Woodland Trails community have easy access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. The neighborhood also shares a designation with the Paar South community as gateways to the City from Martin County.
