Lyngate

Lyngate neighborhood is home to Lyngate Park and Dog Park which offers two ballfields, a playground, and other sports courts. For your furry family member, the dog park offers agility structures, grassed open space areas, and drinking fountains for people and pets.

Lyngate is located just west of US-1 and features quiet neighborhoods. Lyngate has stores, banks, restaurants, and the beach all within minutes.

Morningside

Morningside is a cozy neighborhood that features Morningside Elementary, a Florida Department of Education 5 Star School, and the oldest public school in Port St. Lucie that has a long, deeply rooted tradition of excellence. It is also home to the oldest private school (29 years) in Port St. Lucie, Morningside Academy K-12, accredited by both the Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (FACCS) and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA).

Morningside is conveniently located just east of US 1 and a short distance from the Port St. Lucie Event Center and the hospital (St. Lucie Medical Center). There is a variety of shopping, restaurants, and six grocery stores located within a 5-minute drive. It’s also a short drive to the local post office, public library, Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens, and The Saints Golf Course.

Canal Pointe

Explore the neighborhood’s family-friendly charm and beyond by accessing the C-24 Canal Park to navigate the north fork of the St. Lucie River or the Intercostal Waterway.

Canal Pointe is located in the central area of the City, with easy access to just about anywhere in town. It’s home to important landmarks and features, including Fred Cook Park, C-24 Canal Park, the Council on Aging, and the Kingsway Waterway.

Families and young professionals have been moving into the quaint area as it is affordable and convenient for many lifestyles. In just a 5-minute drive, residents can be at one of the City’s newest regional parks, Jessica Clinton Park. Riverview

Sandhill Crossing

Sandhill Crossing is just around the corner from the beautiful Indian River Lagoon and Savannas Preserve State Park which is a 10-mile coastal marsh reserve offering activities such as canoeing, fishing, hiking & photography. Also, minutes away from Jensen Public Beach.

Sandhill Crossing is located just east of US-1, bordering Martin County. Minutes away from the Treasure Coast Mall and the City of Port St. Lucie Event Center. Green River offers both shopping and entertainment.
