Avalon Park
This neighborhood is technically in unincorporated Orange County. It has its own downtown area, which considers itself a unique New Urbanism community. It is set up like a town center with a blend of traditional commercial architectural styles. It’s a spot where people go to conduct business as well as socialize. This area hosts many of its own events from live performances to food truck nights. Baldwin Park
Baldwin Park is a neighborhood close to downtown, but on the east side. It has a mix of very large houses, townhomes, and apartments.
