St. Andrews

While there are many single-family and custom estate homes available, there are also many condos available to purchase to buy or rent. St. Andrews is one of the most desired gated developments if looking for a condo. St. Andrews once used to be an apartment complex until 2005 it converted into a condo and townhome community. There is a total of 160 condos and 40 townhomes.

Bedford Mews

Bedford Mews, is located just a short distance away from Wellington’s Winter Equestrian Festival and polo showgrounds. Bedford Mews is a quiet community consisting of townhomes and single-family homes. The community grounds are surrounded by mature foliage and feature amenities including a sizeable swimming pool and cabana. While most of the residences began construction in the 1980s, the homes are well maintained through the community’s association. The community of Bedford Mews is also based within distance to Wellington’s best public and private schools, golf courses, hot dining and shopping malls.
