Baldwin Park is a neighborhood close to downtown Orlando, but on the east side. It has a mix of very large houses, townhomes, and apartments. It has a strip of wonderful restaurants and small businesses nearby the popular Lake Baldwin. There is a beautiful running trail that wraps around the lake. You’ll see a lot of people walking their dogs since it's home to the Lake Baldwin Dog park. Top public schools in this area include Winter Park High School, Oakland Avenue Charter School, and Hope Charter School.
